This album is based on the no input technique. It is the result of my experience with it. Most of the thing you'll hear comes from a mixer generating feedback on it's own.
It is a very unpredictable and unstable sound source but this feature is the main thing I like about it. It's something that forces you to be really careful and ready to react. A micro-movement of a knob could change everything, so it's a matter of patience, listening, and relating to a living instrument.
It's a challenge. It's an exploration. With no fixed roads or aims.
It's just you and the sound.
I tried to use no input mixer and make it fit into my composition style and evocative world. Its nature is harsh: extremely high volumes, distortions, and so on. I tried to subvert this predictable result. Because I'm unpredictable too.
All tracks were recorded live. No overdubs.
